Anxiety and Panic

Anxiety doesn't have to run the show. Once you can see what sets it off and what keeps it going, you can do something about it.

Anxiety has a way of taking over: racing thoughts, a tight chest, avoiding things you used to handle fine. Panic can come out of nowhere and make you afraid of the next one. We start by mapping what's actually happening in your body and your head when anxiety spikes. Then we build skills to bring it down in the moment and CBT tools to change the thinking that keeps feeding it. The goal isn't to never feel anxious. It's to stop letting anxiety make your decisions.
