The first webinar was a success!
The second webinar will be the second Wednesday of September. The webinars will continue to be scheduled for the second Wednesday of each Month.
September 8th 2021 from 5:30-6:15.
In this webinar we will focus on the mindfulness skills of DBT. We will start with Mindfulness in general and then move into the states of mind skills (wise mind).
