Now offering CPT to treat PTSD

I am now offering Cognitive Processing Therapy to treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Cognitive processing therapy is a structured and manualized therapy used by clinicians to help people recover from post traumatic stress disorder and related conditions. It includes elements of cognitive behavioral therapy and is one of the most widely used evidence-based therapies for PTSD.

This type of therapy generally requires 10-13 weekly sessions.

Please set up a 15 minute consultation if you have any questions about this type of therapy.
